Cookie Classics Made Easy by: Brandi Sealise

Cookie Classics Made Easy is such an amazing cookie cookbook!

When I am not absorbed in a novel, I am baking and cooking. So when I had the opportunity to get my hands on Cookie Classics Made Easy how could I possibly not go after it. The best part of this cookie cookbook is that most of the recipes only call for one bowl, which makes cleaning up so much more easier.

This book features such delicious and delightful cookie recipes. Plus there were such amazing photos that you could use as reference to see how the cookie should look like.

This is definitely a book every baker should buy.
